What we do

We train aspiring Business Analysts, support new BAs on the job, and provide the career tools required to secure roles and grow confidently. This is not theory-only. We focus on how work is done in real projects: stakeholder management, requirements, documentation, governance, testing, reporting needs, and delivery communication.

Week 3–6: Delivery rhythm

Weekly check-ins to review deliverables before you send them
Guidance on workshops, scope boundaries, and managing pressure
Testing support where relevant (UAT scenarios, defect triage)

Month 2–3: Independence

You lead sessions confidently
You produce artefacts faster and cleaner
You handle stakeholder challenges professionally without hand-holding tools supported: Jira/ADO,
Confluence/SharePoint, Visio/draw.io, Miro, Excel trackers.
